We’re planning convenient, local retail at the heart of Kangaroo Point.

Brisbane City Council has approved Woolworths proposed integrated mixed-use project, featuring a new Woolworths supermarket and apartment living. This project is proposed at the largely vacant site bounded by Ferry, Deakin and Prospect Streets, Kangaroo Point.

Development update

We are  exploring options to deliver the supermarket at 25 Ferry Street, Kangaroo Point. This includes undertaking an on-market process, that would see the sale of the site to a developer and lease back to Woolworths.

Local retail

The proposal will provide local retail, within easy walking distance for many Kangaroo Point residents. This will reduce the need for residents to travel outside of the suburb to shop.

Integrated retail and
apartment living

Convenience retail is integrated with 14 levels of apartment living with a rooftop pool, gym, and recreational area.

Access

Local road and path upgrades. On street parking retained. Four levels of basement car parking.

Brisbane City Council has approved Woolworths proposed integrated mixed-use project, featuring a new Woolworths supermarket and apartment living. We are reviewing the conditions of development and will update the community on timing of delivery. In the meantime, we will shortly undertake early works.
