Convenient & local retail at the heart of Kangaroo Point.

Brisbane City Council has approved Woolworths proposed integrated mixed-use project, featuring a new Woolworths supermarket and apartment living. This project is proposed at the largely vacant site bounded by Ferry, Deakin and Prospect Streets, Kangaroo Point.

Development update

Following a marketing campaign to find a suitable builder to progress the project, Woolworths has sold the mixed-use development site to Mosaic, a prominent Brisbane-based developer and property company.

Under new ownership, Mosaic will deliver the approved supermarket, as part of the overall development. When the building is complete, Woolworths will lease and operate the supermarket on a long-term lease. The project will also include apartments above the retail level, and underground parking, as per Council approvals.
