Our new Woolworths supermarket will provide an accessible, local retail experience, within easy walking distance for many Kangaroo Point residents.

This will reduce the need for Kangaroo Point residents to travel outside of the suburb to shop.

Local convenience shopping caters for customers who prefer more frequent shops, for fewer items which can be carried home, in addition to larger weekly shopping.

A mix of apartments are proposed above the ground floor retail.

The convenient location provides future residents with easy access to nearby parks, riverwalk and the future green bridge, along with public transport, including ferries.
